Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Metro Market. The CSA is responsible for interacting and assisting customers in their purchases, providing product information, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Near Sanepa and Jhamsikhel area
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of retail sales and merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
