Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Advertising Lead  to oversee all aspects of our digital advertising efforts. This is a key position in a small business environment, requiring a hands-on individual who can both strategize and execute campaigns across various digital channels. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from setup to optimization and reporting. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads is essential, with some knowledge in TikTok Ads and other platforms. Goals such driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth is key to our client’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Campaign Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify target audiences, market trends, and business objectives to create tailored advertising plans that meet the company's goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  1. Campaign Setup & Management:
  • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, remarketing, and YouTube ads.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee TikTok Ads campaigns to reach younger audiences and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution using tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and pixel management.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to optimize for maximum effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Adjust bidding strategies and budget allocations to maximize ROI.
  1. Creative & Copy Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure all ads align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and message.
  • The creative and content will be managed by another team, but you will be required to assist in strategic idea generation and input of creative used.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets across various platforms to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasts and performance reports.
  1. Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting dashboards to measure the impact of campaigns.
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and suggest optimizations based on key findings.
  1. Lead Generation & Tracking:
  • Ensure digital campaigns are designed to generate high-quality leads that align with the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize ad campaigns and ensure lead quality is tracked and measured.
  1. Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, SEO, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Experience in a small business or startup environment is preferred.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or similar certifications aren’t essential, but considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ad platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Tools & Software: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, and relevant ad management and reporting tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce effective ads that generate engagement and conversions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present results to stakeholders.
