Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Network with other recruiting firms for potential placements.
- Actively market available bench consultants to vendors and clients.
- Customize and promote resumes based on job requirements.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide necessary job details.
- Follow up with clients post-interview and keep candidates updated on feedback.
- Ensure candidates have up-to-date documents and immigration paperwork (H-1B, EAD, etc.).
- Manage new job offer paperwork, client agreements, and background checks
- Analyze job requirements to assess the necessary skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find the right candidate match.
- Provide regular reports on the status of candidates and placements.
- Stay updated on market trends and demand for specific skills and technologies.
- Adjust sourcing strategies according to market needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
Previous experience in bench sales, IT recruiting, or staffing (usually 4-5 years minimum)
Basic understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and job roles to effectively match candidates with job requirements.
