Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Network with other recruiting firms for potential placements.
  • Actively market available bench consultants to vendors and clients.
  • Customize and promote resumes based on job requirements.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide necessary job details.
  • Follow up with clients post-interview and keep candidates updated on feedback.
  • Ensure candidates have up-to-date documents and immigration paperwork (H-1B, EAD, etc.).
  • Manage new job offer paperwork, client agreements, and background checks
  • Analyze job requirements to assess the necessary skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to find the right candidate match.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of candidates and placements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and demand for specific skills and technologies.
  • Adjust sourcing strategies according to market needs.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).

Previous experience in bench sales, IT recruiting, or staffing (usually 4-5 years minimum)

Basic understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and job roles to effectively match candidates with job requirements.
