Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide administrative support to the operations department. The Operations Assistant will work closely and assist the operations team in daily management to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Provide administrative support to the operations department, including scheduling meetings with vendors and managing reports. 
  • Coordinate and assist with the new employees’ onboarding tasks including handing over the checklist items to start etc., helping with new hire paperwork, and creating new employee files. 
  • Assist to upkeep operational internal records. 
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. 
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. 
  • Help to maintain and implement the hygienic policy in the office environment. 
  • Should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute mail as required, and prepare and file relevant documents. 
  • Responsible for helping in coordinating events, such as team-building activities, departmental meetings, or company-wide celebrations. 
  • Able to go to market, visit vendor, negotiate and coordinate in procuring office requirements. 
  • Assist other departments as requested after it is assigned by their manager. 

Qualifications: 


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree running or complete in a related field preferred. 
  • Fast learner. 
  • 1 plus year of experience in a similar role would be a plus point. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in Nepalese and in English). 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 
  • Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
