Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee various project elements, ensuring all aspects are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
  • Participate in planning and strategy meetings, offering insights and suggestions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational standards and best practices, maintaining a consistent approach across all projects.
  • Utilize project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) to track progress, assign tasks, and manage resources.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, methodologies, and tools in project management to bring innovative approaches and improvements to project execution.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring project adjustments align with overall objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining high levels of organization to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Handle administrative and PMO responsibilities, including preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations, while ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance standards.
  • Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, ensuring that projects follow the necessary steps, from initiation through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Incorporate budgeting and resource allocation techniques to manage project costs effectively, ensuring alignment with both the client's and the company’s financial goals.
  • Monitor and project key product/project metrics like conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, Lifetime Value (LTV), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), user stories, and job stories to align teams with project vision.
  • Apply Agile methodologies in project planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and perform requirement analysis to allocate functional and non-functional requirements effectively.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in project management.
  • Solid understanding of project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices, including SDLC.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively.
  • Experience with budgeting methods, such as cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial forecasting, to align with project requirements.
  • Proficiency in monitoring project metrics such as conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, LTV, and CAC.
  • Ability to create PRDs, MRDs, user stories, and job stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical application in projects.
  • Experience with risk mitigation strategies and thorough requirement analysis, covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
