Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer to join our team in Lagankhel, Lalitpur. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, foster robust customer relationships, and create effective marketing strategies to boost sales and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Foster and sustain relationships with existing clients
• Grow the client base
• Create business proposals
• Engage in negotiations with stakeholders
• Analyze business strengths and customer requirements
• Investigate potential business opportunities and revenue sources
• Keep current with industry trends
• Draft and assess contracts
• Report on achievements and highlight areas for enhancement
• Mentor and support junior staff
• Manage payment coordination with clients

Qualifications

• Skills in new business development, analysis, and effective communication
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Capacity to assess market trends and quickly adjust to evolving market demands
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective business plans and marketing strategies
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development positions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
