Position : Sr. Account Officer

Salary : 40k + (Lodging & Flooding Provided)

Location : Chure , Sindhupalchok

Education: Bachelor/ Master degree.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in relevant field

Descriptions :

Manage and oversee financial transactions and accounts for construction projects.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cost reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.

Coordinate with project managers for accurate cost tracking and control.

Monitor cash flow and provide financial forecasts regularly.

Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Support senior management in financial decision-making and planning.

Requirements :

Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for financial accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
