Position: Jr. Showroom Executive
Location: Kamaladi

Salary: Starting 18k to 20k

Education: Bachelors in Management stream completed
Must Criteria: Bike/ Scooter
Job duties:
• Attending showroom visitors and responding to their enquiries regarding product specifications, pricing and payment methods.
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
• Stay up to date on all company's new and old products or services, and provide accurate information to customers.
• Interacting with customers on a daily basis, whether in person, over the phone or via email; responding to customer enquiries and addressing their concerns.
• Advocating for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
• Scheduling appointments for clients, answering phones and tracking clients' service records.
• Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued.
