Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an F&B Captain at Vasista Hospitality. The F&B Captain will oversee food and beverage service standards, supervise the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain communication with the staff. While primarily located in Ilam, this role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Service Standards proficiency
• Experience in Food Service and Customer Service
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
