The company has custom-built software to meet the unique needs of hospitals in Nepal and provides dedicated technical support to ensure seamless operations.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer for our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s software products and services, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve revenue goals and expand the company’s client base.


Key Responsibilities:

Software Sales:

  • Promote and sell the company’s software solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs, and provide tailored software solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.


Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote software products and services.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and ads.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and client needs.
  • Organize and participate in events such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences to showcase the company’s offerings.


Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets to generate sales leads.
  • Manage and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads.


Client Support:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring smooth software deployment.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the software products.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to adjust marketing strategies as needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software sales, marketing, or related roles within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of software products and IT services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
