Bhawani Infotech Pvt Ltd is a growing product-based startup focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions in the tech space. We are currently developing two major products:

• Medhavhi: A comprehensive School and Learning Management System that bridges the gap between students, teachers, and educational institutions.

• Nepal Ebilling System: An IRD-verified billing system designed to streamline invoicing and financial management.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer with 2.5+ years of experience to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing backend services, working closely with our frontend team to develop features that support our innovative products. You will play a key role in scaling our services and improving functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, FastAPI, and GraphQL.

• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate user-facing elements.

• Deploy and manage services on AWS, including setting up basic infrastructure (EC2, S3, etc.).

• Implement basic security measures and ensure the integrity of our systems.

• Work on continuous improvement and optimization of our backend services.

• Be adaptable and motivated to thrive in a startup environment.

Qualifications:

• 2.5+ years of backend development experience, particularly with Python, Django, FastAPI, and GraphQL.

• Basic understanding of AWS infrastructure (creating instances, basic setup).

• Familiarity with fundamental security practices in backend development.

• Experience working with REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Motivated and ready to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced startup environment. This is not a corporate job—if you are looking for structured 9 to 5, this role may not be for you.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tools.

• Experience in product-based startups.
