Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and enhance our market presence in the steels and railings sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships.
- Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steels and railings market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and construction companies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage social media and online presence to enhance brand awareness.
- Client Management:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on market needs.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Reporting:
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance and market conditions.
- Analyze competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of steels, railings, and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
