Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and enhance our market presence in the steels and railings sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steels and railings market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and construction companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage social media and online presence to enhance brand awareness.
  • Client Management:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on market needs.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting:
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Analyze competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of steels, railings, and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
