Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Hotel Landmark in Pokhara. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising front office staff, and maintaining communication with other hotel departments.
