Summary

The Data Analytics Manager provides analytical support to the Account team, focusing on client needs within the US Healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare data, including technical expertise in relevant EDI formats and coding. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying complex technical issues to both non-technical team members and client counterparts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate client implementations.
  • Analyze information from multiple sources and standardize it for clarity.
  • Capture and communicate Business Use Cases to all team members.
  • Address and resolve clients' technical issues.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate for seamless handoff to maintenance teams.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
  • Monitor resource utilization and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare data, specifically in EDI or related subject matter.
  • Skills:
    • Proactive in initiating work processes and meeting client expectations.
    • Proficient in SQL; familiarity with cloud-based processing is a plus.
    • Knowledge of PostGres/Redshift is helpful for working with parsing tools.
    • Deep understanding of the product suite.
    • Scripting experience in Python is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English
