Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to plan projects and sprints for a product. The ideal candidate needs strong task and team management skills along with excellent decision-making abilities. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery by executing project plans, conducting Scrum events, removing impediments, and maintaining continuous project flow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project and sprint plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate all Scrum events with a focused approach to meet project objectives.
• Assist in removing impediments to maintain continuous project flow and meet delivery timelines.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders in Nepal and the US to escalate project issues and resolve blockers.
• Create and share status reports; conduct regular status meetings with the project team.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure team efficiency and alignment with project processes.
• Address team conflicts and communication challenges to foster a collaborative environment.
• Ensure adherence to standard organizational product development processes and enforce project standards.
  
  

Required Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the software industry as a Developer, QA, Business Analyst, Lead, or Project Manager.
• Strong analytical, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for odd hours as required.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Scrum Master training and certification preferred.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare Data is a plus.
