Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Evolve Pharma in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve leading a sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments for successful product distribution.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
• Team Leadership and Collaboration skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Minimum 5 years Experience in Manager level in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry specially in biological and vaccines products.
• Bachelor's degree in Science or pharmacy. having , Marketing degree will be added advantages.
