Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sales Head at CG Electronics located in Kathmandu District. The Strategic Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth for the company on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development and Sales Team Management skills
  • Experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Electronics industries will be preferred
