Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts across both digital and physical channels.


Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging and effective content (written, visual, and video) for various digital platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.


Physical Marketing:


  • Plan and execute effective physical marketing campaigns, including trade shows, events, promotional materials, and print advertising.
  • Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets for physical marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of physical marketing campaigns.


General Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
  • Manage and motivate marketing team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both digital and physical marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms).
  • Experience with content creation and management is a plus.
