Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts across both digital and physical channels.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition goals.
- Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Create engaging and effective content (written, visual, and video) for various digital platforms.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Physical Marketing:
- Plan and execute effective physical marketing campaigns, including trade shows, events, promotional materials, and print advertising.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets for physical marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of physical marketing campaigns.
General Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Manage and motivate marketing team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both digital and physical marketing channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms).
- Experience with content creation and management is a plus.
