Grow Your BNB, is a UK-based consulting company and now we are looking to expand our team in Nepal. Grow Your BNB helps Airbnb operators & Short Term Rental Owners around the world produce & release exceptional returns via marketing, advertising & branding. Appointment Setter Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire appointment-setting procedure, which includes scheduling the sales team's appointments and generating leads.
• Use direct messages to increase reach and conversion on social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Make sure that every appointment is correctly scheduled, confirmed, and shared with the team.
• Establish and manage a systematic approach to tracking and pursuing leads.
• Regularly analyze performance indicators to improve the effectiveness of appointment scheduling.
• Make sure that Grow Your BNB's branding is adhered to and that all correspondence is professional.
• In order to sustain a high degree of customer satisfaction, promptly and accurately respond to customer inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an appointment-setting, sales support, or customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other lead management tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and DM marketing.
• Ability to manage and lead a remote team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and improve processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in real estate or the short-term rental industry is a plus but not required.

Hours: 8 hours a day ( Sun to Fri Work From Home)

Salary : Negotiable for deserving candidates + (Performance bonus )
