Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Freelance Business Development Officer to join our team. As an Expert, you will be responsible for connecting with Individuals and Industry Experts through possible communication channels like: LinkedIn, Emails, and calls to prospect & set appointments with expert-level global professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand product, Services & project briefs and connect with Individuals on recommended channels.

· Send detailed & personalized messages.

· Call individuals to introduce the project and secure their participation.

· Guide interested individuals through the sign-up process and ensure they answer screening questions.

· Maintain detailed records of interactions and statuses in the CRM.

· Profile companies based on their responses.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field.

· Preference will be given to Certification in English proficiency (IELTS, Duolingo, etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage time effectively and meet monthly targets.

· Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Email, and other communication tools.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in consultancy or expert network firms.

· Familiarity with tools like Zoho Apps, Sales Navigator, WhatsApp, and Contact Center software.

Compensation:

· On Per Lead/Sales Conversion.

· Flexible working hours based on target achievement.
