Your Tasks


  • Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality content tailored for each platform, including text posts, videos, and images that attract and engage target audiences.
  • Account Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure timely and accurate posting of content.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to foster meaningful relationships and promote positive engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and derive insights for continuous improvement of content and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to expand reach and achieve specific business objectives.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively manage potential issues on social media platforms and escalate them to the appropriate channels as needed.


Skills Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
