Position: Admissions Officer-UK

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Location: New Baneshwor

Time: 9:30am-5:30pm

Working days: 5days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and process student applications for UK universities, ensuring compliance with institution-specific entry criteria and deadlines.

Provide prospective students with detailed information on UK educational institutions, available courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

Conduct counseling sessions to guide students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

Serve as the main point of contact between students, UK universities, and other stakeholders throughout the admissions process.

Assist students with understanding and applying for UK student visas, including providing information on visa requirements, interview preparation, and document submission.

Maintain accurate records of student applications, decisions, and communications within the internal database or CRM system.

Generate regular reports on admissions activity, applicant statuses, and other relevant metrics for review by management.

Stay updated on UK immigration laws, education policies, and changes in university admission criteria.

Address any student queries or concerns related to admissions, accommodation, scholarships, and university life.

Organize pre-departure orientations and other student support activities as necessary.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in student admissions, preferably for UK universities.

Familiarity with the UK education system and visa processes.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and student management software.

Experience in working with international students and understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
