Job Description

Attic Inn, a technology-driven hospitality franchise offering guest-centric, sustainable hotel solutions, is looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, acquiring new hotel partners, and promoting Attic Inn’s services and franchise opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our tiered branding system (Attic Inn Express, Attic Inn, and Attic Inn Plus) by showcasing our innovative Property Management System (PMS), OTA integration, and eco-friendly practices.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching potential hotel partners, franchisees, and industry stakeholders.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to pitch Attic Inn’s franchise opportunities and services, ensuring alignment with the needs of prospective clients.
  • Present Services: Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of Attic Inn’s solutions, including the benefits of our PMS, OTA integration, and asset management services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with Attic Inn’s offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by converting leads into signed agreements with hotel owners.
  • Sales Negotiations: Lead negotiations on franchise agreements and contracts with potential hotel partners, ensuring the terms are favorable for both Attic Inn and the franchisees.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the business development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new franchisees.
  • Market Analysis: Keep updated on hospitality industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead follow-ups, and contract statuses. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and market insights.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or franchise industry.
  • Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license and own a 2-wheeler for business travel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology (PMS, OTA integration) is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and client management skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required by business needs.
  • Self-driven with a passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset.
