Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Presales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the sales and technical teams, providing essential support in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.


Salary -> 50 -70k depending on skills & expertise



Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of our products and services.
  • Solution Development: Develop and present customized solutions that align with customer needs, including creating compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, ensuring they address customer requirements and highlight the benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategize on account management, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to product management teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Training and Support: Offer training sessions for internal teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.



Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in IT Sales.

- Good understanding of network, storage, servers, Microsoft & other OEMs .

- Excellent communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
