For this, the company has onboarded more than 150k merchants, 50+ Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs), and established a wider network of agents nationwide. eSewa is a mobile wallet that allows you to make online and offline payments to merchants, transfer funds to banks, and much more


Job Description:

• Engage with eCommerce, antivirus, and language test merchants daily, weekly, and monthly to increase transaction counts, amounts, and overall revenue.

• Oversee the activation and onboarding of merchants, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform.

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, collaborating with merchants to create compelling offers and coordinating with internal teams for successful implementation.

• Conduct regular visits to merchants to strengthen relationships, perform stock checks, and resolve any issues or concerns.

• Work closely with merchants to promote products and services, enhancing sales and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with branches for campaign promotions, ensuring alignment with merchant strategies.

• Handle day-to-day operations, including resolving transaction-related issues promptly, ideally within T+1 day.

• Foster strong partnerships with merchants through consistent communication, support, and identifying growth opportunities.


Qualifications: 

• Preferably master’s degree with 1 year of experience in relevant fields. (freshers are encouraged to apply) or

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields.


Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and solve operational challenges efficiently.

• Willingness to travel regularly for merchant visits.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
