Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the regular on-going activities, take review of the staff works performance from the department head and report to President.
· Assess department performances and report to Company President.
· Arranging meeting of company President.
· Dealing with the important client as per guidance from Company President.
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
· Maintains security and telecommunications system.
· Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
· Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
· Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
· Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Any other work assigned by the President.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
