Role Description

Dynamic Technosoft is seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Officer. This is an on-site role, located in Kathmandu. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and improving the relationship between the company and its clients. The successful candidate will act as a point of contact and will provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, resolve product or service-related problems, and promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer relationship officer or customer service role
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
