Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee financial management, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic financial insights to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and experience in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

2.Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

Analyze variances and provide actionable insights.

3.Tax Management:

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

Prepare and submit tax returns and liaise with tax authorities as needed.

4.Audit Coordination:

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Implement recommendations from audit findings.

5.Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.

6.Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

7.Team Management:

Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Strong knowledge of Nepali tax laws and financial regulations.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
