We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and drive growth in our cloud services.


Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote Cloud Himalaya's services. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree running in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or data center industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently to achieve targets.
  • A personal bike or scooter with a valid license is required for mobility.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Growth Area Definition:

Regularly survey our service area for potential sales growth opportunities, conducting quarterly assessments.


  • Product SWOT Analysis:

Perform SWOT analyses of direct competitor products on a monthly basis to stay informed about market trends and develop effective sales strategies.


  • Marketing Reporting:

Conduct annual audits of marketing strategies and reports to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


  • Customer Satisfaction:

Gather and analyze customer feedback for every product sold to maintain high satisfaction levels and inform marketing efforts.


  • Sales Pipeline:

Improve and implement a well-defined sales funnel to increase leads by a specified percentage (10%) over time.


  • Customer Churn Analysis:

Conduct an annual analysis of customer churn rates and develop strategies to retain customers.


  • Target Achievement:

Work to continuously increase sales targets by 15% every three months to meet business growth objectives.


  • Upselling:

Develop strategies to increase revenue generation from existing customers by 10-15% annually.
