Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of proven experience in the field. The ideal candidate will priorities managing our social media platforms and also serve as a contact between our managing directors and our internal teams. They would also require to manage some client’s social media and digital marketing requirements. This role requires someone who can strategize, execute digital marketing campaigns, and ensure the creative teams understand design requirements to produce impactful content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for our products.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for our social media, ensuring alignment with our goals and branding.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Attend meetings with clients to understand their marketing goals, brand identity, and campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop creative content that aligns with client needs.
  • Communicate design requirements to the designers, ensuring clarity on creative briefs, timelines, and branding guidelines.
  • Assist in copywriting for ads, social media posts, and other marketing content when needed.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising.
  • Set clear campaign objectives, manage budgets, and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Analyze campaign data, optimize ad spend, and make necessary adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on the performance of digital marketing efforts, highlighting key successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and client communication.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices (Meta Ads Manager etc.).
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads) 
  • SEO and Email marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present strategies and reports to clients.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and generate new ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to work with different departments to deliver the best results for clients.
