Job Responsibilities: 

- Manage and curate content for all company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. 

- Increase brand visibility and engage audiences through targeted social media campaigns. 

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. 

- Identify potential customers and initiate outreach via email and cold calling. 

- Create engaging company-related and IT-focused content to post across platforms. 

- Lead generation through social media channels and email marketing campaigns. 

- Monitor social media trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and engagement. 

- Respond promptly to inquiries from candidates and clients across all platforms. 

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding. 

- Deploy creative ideas to generate leads and grow our digital footprint. 

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. 

Qualifications: 

- +2 Pass minimum education requirement 

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. 

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices. 

- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills. 

- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

- Experience with social media management tools is a plus. 

- Basic knowledge of IT and software development trends is a bonus!
