Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify significant business trends and forecast potential outcomes, helping the company make informed decisions.

- Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support the company's decision-making processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure data-driven strategies are aligned with business goals.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes, analytical methods, and overall business performance.

Qualifications:

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.

- Data Analytics and Statistics: Proficiency in statistical methods and data analytics tools, with experience in applying these to real-world business problems.

- Data Modeling: Expertise in data modeling, including experience with relational databases and data warehouses.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

- Experience: Previous experience in the B2B sector is a plus, with a strong understanding of business operations and market dynamics.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
