Job Description
Post: Time and Attendance Coordinator
Working Location: Nawalparasi
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date time records for all employees.
- Process time cards, including manual and electronic submissions.
- Review and verify time data for accuracy and consistency.
- Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and discrepancies.
Payroll Support:
- Prepare time-related data for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll information to the payroll department.
- Assist in resolving payroll issues related to time and attendance.
Employee Support:
- Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding timekeeping policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve time-related problems.
- Train employees on the use of timekeeping systems and processes.
Reporting:
- Generate various time-related reports, such as overtime reports, absence reports, and time card audits.
- Analyze time data to identify trends and potential issues.
System Administration:
- Maintain and update timekeeping systems and software.
- Ensure the security and integrity of timekeeping data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in timekeeping or human resources administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with timekeeping software or systems
- Knowledge of payroll processing and regulations.
