Job Description

Post: Time and Attendance Coordinator

Working Location: Nawalparasi

Salary: Negotiable



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date time records for all employees.
  • Process time cards, including manual and electronic submissions.
  • Review and verify time data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Resolve timekeeping discrepancies and discrepancies.


Payroll Support:

  • Prepare time-related data for payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll information to the payroll department.
  • Assist in resolving payroll issues related to time and attendance.


Employee Support:

  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding timekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve time-related problems.
  • Train employees on the use of timekeeping systems and processes.


Reporting:

  • Generate various time-related reports, such as overtime reports, absence reports, and time card audits.
  • Analyze time data to identify trends and potential issues.


System Administration:

  • Maintain and update timekeeping systems and software.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of timekeeping data.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in timekeeping or human resources administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with timekeeping software or systems
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and regulations.
