Position Summary:

The Administrative Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our manufacturing facility in Nawalparasi. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing support to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Manage and supervise administrative staff, including office assistants and receptionists.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Human Resources Administration: Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare and manage budgets for office expenses.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the office facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to the executive team.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles preferable in manufacturing Industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
