EndPointech seeking a passionate Talent Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our workforce by identifying and nurturing potential talent, ensuring they have the skills needed to excel in the consulting world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential candidates for consulting services, aligning their skills with company needs.

- Assess skill gaps and development needs of candidates or employees to ensure they are well-prepared for industry demands.

- Conduct assessments to evaluate candidates' current abilities and pinpoint areas for improvement.

- Ensure that all candidates comply with company policies and standards.

- Develop marketing-related profiles for candidates, highlighting their strengths and expertise.

- Collaborate with external trainers or internal subject matter experts to provide relevant, targeted training sessions.

- Utilize diverse training methods (workshops, seminars, online courses) to cater to different learning styles.

- Prepare comprehensive learning materials that aid candidates in their professional development.

- Equip candidates with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in job success.

Qualifications:

- IT education background, BSC CSIT, CS or related, completed or currently running.

- 1+ years of experience in talent development and online profile marketing.

- Proven ability to assess individual strengths and development needs.

- Experience working with external trainers or delivering in-house training programs.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and development plans.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
