Position: Sales And Marketing Officer

Job Description

As a sales and marketing officer at AirCharge, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand visibility through marketing plans and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing social media handles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
• Designing and implementing marketing plans
• Cold calling and cold emailing
• Identifying and converting potential leads
• Creating sales and marketing material
• Basic content writing
• AI-assisted video content generation
• Documentation when necessary

Qualifications

The candidate we are looking for should meet the following criteria.

Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory (any background is fine)

Experience: Prior work experience is an advantage

Language Skills: Verbal and communication skills

Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Nepali

Software Skills: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho etc. Ability to use MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel is a must. (Any similar tools are also fine)

AI Skills: Familiarity with AI tools and AI-augmented tools is a must. Candidates must be able to leverage AI tools to the best of their abilities.

Design Skills: Usage of design tools like Figma or Canva is a plus, but not mandatory.

Research Skills: The candidates must demonstrate an ability to gain new knowledge through research.
