Job Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing at Brand LogiQ located in Lalitpur District. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to client services, communication, customer satisfaction, and finance to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and services.

Our leading marketing agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders. Your expertise will drive our agency's success and deliver exceptional results to our valued clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Understanding and inquiring about the Clients' requirements thoroughly. Identify project objectives and manage the execution Stage. Do brand audits, market research & audience research for client onboarding.
  • Pitch Prospective Campaign Activities to existing Clients.
  • Research new Project Ideas, Brainstorm with Cross-Functional Team. Track the execution of the project after the contract signing.
  • Communicating Brands' requirements to the team for preparing better Campaign Presentations & for execution.
  • Take insights from the Head of Department and Supervisors to have a clear understanding of how BrandLogiQ should perform on clients' deliverables.
  • Assign the campaign requirement to the team with a proper deadline and also inform it to the client.
  • Follow up with Existing clients and Prospective clients to build brand relationships.
  • Prepare Contracts as per the requirement of the clients' work.
  • Learn and Understand the functioning of the Digital Marketing team to support and assist them when required.
  • Document and Submit Social Media reports to the respective clients. Keep clients updated on their Social Media Presence and also suggest investing in the Integrated Marketing Channel for better output.
  • Properly manage the Retention work for its execution through creative suggestions to the content team, oversee social media postings and Ad management.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive within a marketing agency or similar environment of at least 2 years.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and creative campaign development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software to streamline project workflows.
