Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire/ Plumbing BIM Modeller at SG Design Nepal in Kathmandu. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as plumbing modeling, pipe system design, BIM Coordination, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Plumbing and Pipe system design skills
• BIM Coordination
• Understanding of Building System
• Experience in maintenance practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant software applications
• Relevant certification or training in plumbing or fire systems is a plus
