Overview:

MTS Lab is seeking a skilled Mobile Hardware and Software Technician with a deep understanding of mobile technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both iPhone and Android devices, focusing on hardware diagnostics and repairs, including the ability to solve complex issues such as dead phones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on mobile devices, including iPhones and Android phones.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues on a variety of mobile platforms.

• Perform repairs on dead mobile phones, including board-level repairs, component replacements, and other advanced hardware solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of repairs and diagnostics performed on each device.

• Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are well-informed about the status and costs of repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile hardware and software repair.

• Strong knowledge of both iPhone and Android operating systems and hardware configurations.

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair dead mobile phones.

• Experience with tools and equipment used in mobile device repair, including soldering equipment, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
