Job Overview:

Vision Infotech Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive and reliable Technician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of AHD (Analog High Definition) and Network CCTV systems, with practical experience in wiring, installation, and troubleshooting. This full-time, onsite role requires flexibility, with potential weekend work as needed. Your primary responsibility will be to help our head technicians install and maintain CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist head technicians in the installation and configuration of AHD and Network CCTV systems.
• Perform wiring, cabling, and mounting for CCTV setups, ensuring high-quality and organized installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV systems, including connectivity, hardware, and software problems.
• Prepare tools and equipment for onsite visits, ensuring everything is in order and ready for use.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed CCTV systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document all work performed, including installation specifics, troubleshooting actions, and any issues encountered.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment during installations and repairs.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in CCTV technology and practices.

Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience with AHD and Network CCTV systems.
• Proficiency in wiring, cabling, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends if required.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are advantageous.
