Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Technician at TeamXL in Kathmandu. The Field Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio and visual equipment for events. Tasks include equipment maintenance, technical support during events, and ensuring the overall quality of audio-visual setups.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio and visual equipment setup and operation
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for audio and visual systems
• Basic understanding of Pro Audio and Visual equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to dynamic event environments
• Technical certification in audio-visual equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is beneficial
