Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Manager at National Path Lab in Pokhara. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, managing laboratory staff, ensuring quality control and compliance with regulations, and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Medical Technology, microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience in laboratory management and operations
- Knowledge of laboratory quality control, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
