Job Description

Job Purpose: A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing outsourced employees. Duties include relaying information between their team and upper management, guiding their team through daily work activities and monitoring employee performance to ensure maximum productivity. Managing working Shifts/task instructions and keeping attendance / retain records and produce reports based on the HODs.


You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, managing schedules, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Location: Kurintar, Narayani Zone


Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

1.     Sourcing local Unskilled Manpower locally in the factory as per the HODs requirement.

2.     Scheduling Interview with a Line Manager / HRD.

3.     Finalizing the Candidate in Coordination with Corporate HRD.

4.     Completing the Joining & Personal file – Citizenship / Education / PAN / Nominee Citizenship / Bank Account.

5.     Providing the HR Induction – Code of Conduct and handover to department HODs.

6.     Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and training

7.     Managing the workflow, schedules for employees, delegating tasks, and supervising accordingly.

8.     Allot the work as per the Production plan or requirement of the Production department.

9.     Monitor the work of the manpower and station and report to the Production Executive.

10. Handle the manpower during the Breakdown.

11. Plan and organize the relieving manpower during manpower shortage.

12. Ensure PPE and Safety in the production floor.

13. Keep a record of the in-process inventories in the production floor.

14. Maintain the 5S of the production floor.

15. Plan the manpower for cleaning and removing the wastage from production floor.

16. Maintain the report of scrap or wastage transfer to the scrap yard.

17. Foster a work ethic, and positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork & collaboration among employees.

18. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition, and report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance department.

19. Enforce company Policies and Procedures and ensure that all employees adhere.

20. Promptly communicate to HR for Disciplinary Action & clarify about code of conduct.


Report: Daily Manpower Report / Grievance Report / Disciplinary Action Report


Qualification:  Intermediate in management.


Experience: Fresher / 2 Year +


Required Competencies: Good Morale / Excellent Communication Skills / Strong Leadership Skills / Strong Work Ethic and time management skills.
