Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for an Online Sales Assistant at Max International. As an Online Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in handling online inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer relationships. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with online marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or online sales
• Interested in laptops and accessories
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in using online sales platforms and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and online communication tools

Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or customer service would be beneficial.
