Position: Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about agriculture and eager to support farmers through innovative financial solutions? Kheti Venture Pvt. Ltd., an agri-fintech company revolutionizing Nepal's agricultural sector, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with farmers to assist with our digital platforms and financial services.
• Address customer inquiries and provide technical support related to our agri-fintech solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to ensure farmers have a seamless experience using our services, including Kheti App, Social Media and NMB Kheti Karja.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
• Educate farmers on how to access loans, manage resources, and utilize the digital tools we offer.
• Understand and promote the products available for the farmers to buy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the agriculture or fintech industry.
• Strong communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and mobile applications.
• A background in agriculture or working with farmers is highly preferred.
