### **Job Summary:**


The Sales and Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for Hulas Infra. This role will oversee the sales and marketing teams, establish strong relationships with customers, develop new business opportunities, and ensure that the company’s brand and products are positioned effectively in the market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, particularly in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), steel structures, or similar sectors.

### **Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Sales Strategy & Execution:**

  - Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to meet the company’s revenue targets and market share objectives.

  - Lead the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base, including identifying key markets and potential clients.

  - Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to the senior management team.

  - Manage and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


2. **Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:**

  - Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and enhances brand awareness in target markets.

  - Oversee market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  - Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and trade shows.

  - Ensure that all marketing communications accurately reflect the company’s products and services, maintaining consistent brand messaging.


3. **Team Leadership & Development:**

  - Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring clear communication of goals and objectives.

  - Identify skills gaps and provide training and development opportunities to build the team’s capabilities.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.


4. **Business Development:**

  - Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow market presence.

  - Conduct client presentations and lead negotiations for large contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

  - Expand relationships with key stakeholders in government, industry, and construction sectors.


5. **Budgeting & Financial Management:**

  - Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

  - Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing reports to senior management on campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and market trends.

  - Optimize the allocation of marketing spend to the most effective channels and campaigns.


6. **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):**

  - Oversee the implementation and optimization of the company’s CRM system to track customer interactions and drive customer retention and satisfaction.

  - Ensure that the sales team is utilizing the CRM system effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.

### **Qualifications:**


- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.

- **Experience:** 

 - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction, PEB, or manufacturing industry.

 - Proven experience in successfully leading and driving sales growth and brand presence.

- **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the PEB, steel structures, or construction industry in Nepal or international markets.
