Job Title: Project Sales Executive – Poles & Highway Side Guards

Location: Hulas Infra, Nepal

Reports to: Sales Head / Division Head (Infra)

Job Overview:

Hulas Infra is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the sales of poles and highway side guards, targeting large-scale infrastructure projects, road construction companies, government tenders, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage long sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target infrastructure projects involving poles and highway side guards.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including government agencies, road construction companies, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in highway and public infrastructure projects.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and present customized solutions to meet client requirements.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies, contractors, and other infrastructure-related entities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  1. Tender & Bid Management:
  • Monitor government tenders and private projects, preparing and submitting bids and proposals.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and specifications.
  1. Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Analyze the needs of the market and make recommendations on product improvements, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  1. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Head.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  1. Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of products.
  • Communicate project-specific requirements to ensure alignment with production capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Experience with government tenders and B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the infrastructure and construction market in Nepal.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with poles, highway side guards, or similar infrastructure products.
  • Established network within the government and infrastructure sectors.
  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and manage complex projects.
