Job Overview:


The Business Development Executive will be primarily responsible for managing business development activities in the retail segment. This role focuses on products such as Mugu Shop, Mugu Box, loyalty merchant onboarding, and VISA offers. The individual will drive sales, manage client relationships, and support the implementation of retail solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, agreement handling, field visits, product demonstrations, and digital marketing, as well as managing CRM activities to meet the growing demand for our retail products.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, email marketing, and referrals for retail products like Mugu Shop, Mugu Box, and loyalty merchant onboarding.

- Sales and Client Engagement: Manage client interactions, including follow-ups, and build strong relationships to close deals and ensure smooth product implementation.

- Field Visits and Product Demonstrations: Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to demonstrate retail products, ensuring clear understanding and showcasing product benefits.

- Agreements and Documentation: Prepare and manage agreements with clients, ensuring timely submission and proper follow-up for contract execution.

- CRM Management: Oversee the company’s CRM system to track leads, client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.

-Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to promote retail solutions, attract new clients, and nurture existing leads.

- Digital Lead Handling: Actively respond to digital inquiries, converting them into viable sales leads and engaging with potential clients.

- Retail Solutions Implementation: Support the implementation process for retail solutions, working closely with clients to ensure successful onboarding and execution.

- Reporting Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales progress, and client engagement activities to the management team.

-Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.


Experience:


- Fresher who has worked as an intern in related field. 

  • - Familiarity with retail technology solutions is an advantage.
