Position Details:

The Tender Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the tendering process for heavy equipment within our automobile division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and tender management, who can drive successful bids and contribute to the growth of our business.


Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for heavy equipment divisions.
  •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize tender success rates.
  • Prepare and review tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on tender activities and sales performance to senior management.


Job Specifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on tender management for heavy equipment or similar industries.
  •  Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large-scale tenders.
  • Strong understanding of the heavy equipment market and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
