Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level CRM Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within sophisticated CRM ecosystems, especially with platforms that utilize custom scripting, automation, and cloud development practices. Familiarity with Salesforce or other advanced CRM systems is highly valued, as the role involves applying strong CRM development principles in varied environments like Zoho CRM.

If you are passionate about building and optimizing CRM systems and have a background in working with comprehensive CRM platforms, this role will allow you to expand and apply your expertise across multiple systems.

Please note that this position is focused on hands-on CRM development using scripting languages and automation tools within platforms like Zoho, Salesforce CRM or similar. Experience solely in API integration with CRM systems is not what we are looking for in this role. The work requires expertise in customizing and building applications within the CRM environment, rather than integrating with external APIs


Responsibilities:

  • CRM Development: Design, develop, and customize CRM systems using scripting languages such as Deluge or equivalent tools found in platforms like Salesforce Apex to meet business requirements.
  • CRM Platform Integration: Maintain integrations between CRM systems and third-party applications (e.g., Twilio, RingCentral, Dropbox) using platform-specific integration tools and APIs.
  • Automation and Workflows: Automate business processes within the CRM system, leveraging platform-specific automation tools like Zoho Flow or Process Builder equivalents.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for CRM systems and related integrations, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Customization and Optimization: Customize CRM objects, fields, and workflows to enhance application performance, leveraging best practices from leading CRM platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions within Zoho CRM and other potential CRM platforms.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of CRM development experience, with a focus on scripting and automation in platforms like Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
  • Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and a strong understanding of CRM tools found in advanced systems like Salesforce, including scripting and automation.
  • Scripting Expertise: Strong understanding of custom scripting languages, whether in Deluge, Apex, or similar, and experience in building complex CRM applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within CRM environments.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing for advanced CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment practices within Zoho or other CRM ecosystems.
